The Importance Of Keeping Your Team Connected

by | Nov 24, 2021

As you leave your physically fit room, it is time to head into your Spiritually Fit Room. It is here is where you will try to somehow ground yourself and pour into your spirit as you navigate this unbelievable Mental Health Tsunami.

More than ever, this is the time as a leader, where you are very intentional about how you are having your people connect.

I just want to pause here for a minute and remind you that even if you aren’t leading a team at the office, you may very well be leading a team at home. All of the strategies I’ve discussed in this series can also work at home.

Having a sense of belonging is NUMBER 1, whether you are at the office or at home.

You need to feel connected in order to feel like you belong.

The table below takes a quick look at how you can reduce this feeling of disconnect as well as what you can do as a leader to deposit into your team.

So, this week, I invite you to GET CREATIVE and GET YOUR TEAM CONNECTED! They need to feel connected to you and to each other.

If you haven’t watched the other videos in this series, you can catch them on my YouTube Chanel and in the Blog section of my website.

Take some time to check them out yourself so you can feel like you, as a leader, are being poured into as well because it is so very important that you take care of yourself!

Please feel free to share what you like to do to keep your team connected. I’m always looking for new ways!

BE more kind to yourself.
BE more compassionate.
Be more forgiving.
Be more loving.

Remember, you are a Powerhouse.

Wishing you a powerful week.
