What is something that brings complete and utter happiness, contentment, and joy within your heart that makes your heart full?
Maybe it looks like making a snow angel with your kids. Maybe it’s a hobby or helping somebody. Maybe it’s watching a certain program. Or maybe it’s just getting lost in music, whether it’s through dancing, or singing, or simply listening.I know for me, I love being chased around by my sweet grandchildren when we visit. Or when we play hide and seek and I can quite literally feel my heart beating like a drum! It’s the most cup-filling moments like these that make my own heart sing. You see, a lot of times, we forget that the heart is so connected to our Spiritually Fit Room. So it’s important to ask yourself these questions and to know what makes your own spirit and your own heart sing. Whether it’s work or people that you’re engaged with. you need to ask yourself, do you feel that your heart sings in their company? Or does your heart feel more disconnected or deflated in their company? These are all very important questions that I urge you to think about and answer so that you can take the steps you need to take in order for your heart to sing. Doing so will allow you more time and space for the meaningful connections in your life. So today, I am leaving you with this simple question: “What makes your heart sing?”
BE more compassionate.
Be more forgiving.
Be more loving.
Wishing you a powerful week.
