Dear Cate Collins,  On behalf of the RMA conference committee I would like to thank you for participation this year. Our conference was a success with many delegates coming from all major destinations in North America and Europe. Our job on the committee is to find exciting speakers that bring both educational and insightful messages to our membership, attendees and executives in attendance – this is not an easy task. I am happy to say that you made our job easier this year. We are very grateful that you were able to join us this year as part of our conference. Your presentation is insightful, inspiring and certainly entertaining at the same time. I would like to inform you that we received a great amount of positive feed-back regarding your presentation and I was told by several executives within the crowd that they will be looking to contact you for their own events. We will certainly look to have you back in the future as your positive attitude and influence was appreciated which certainly assisted in making our conference a hit this year. Thank you again.

Cate’s session really lifted the room through a combination of engaging audience participation as well as no nonsense easy to apply approaches managing stress and staying focused. By far the most energizing session of the day, that left me with practical tools I can use immediately.

Cate was hired at our Women’s Resource Centre at Durham College to conduct Seminars that focused on empowerment and effective ways to balance our hectic lives.  We had both staff and students of all ages in attendance.  Her dynamic, energetic, flexible and approachable style was so well received that we initially hired Cate for 3 seminars and just recently contracted her to conduct another 7 seminars. I would highly recommend Cate to provide a Keynote, Seminar or Staff Retreat to your staff or association because she is thorough in her research and is gifted in customizing her presentations to address the specific needs of staff and students. The positive feedback continues to come in and participants have felt that Cate really got to the core of the issue and provided effective tools for them to use immediately.

We hired Cate to work with our predominately male team.  Cate worked closely with us and delivered effective training and coaching sessions on such topics as Stress Management, Dealing With Difficult People, Time Management and a variety of other subjects.  Cate demonstrated a keen ability to adapt to change and react quickly to what was going on at our work place.  She made a significant impact on how our people would come together as a team.  Some months after Cate’s contract with us ended, one of our men suffered a heart attack and died while at work.  We made the decision to offer grief counseling to our team and it had to be done immediately.  Cate was our natural solution!   Cate was amazing and was able to help our people through this difficult time.  I can’t imagine us having to go through this without her.  I would highly recommend Cate to work with your staff in any venue as she brings a high quality of expertise in employee relations. We are so thankful to Cate for all that she has done for us.  Prepare yourself to be impressed by Cate’s abilities.

You did it again! We could not ask for a more energetic, informative, fun and pertinent launch for our educational seminar in Puerto Rico than your opening Session.  And you kept attendees’ energy levels charged up through your second presentation.  Thank you for putting so much effort into your programs. It has been a treat working with you again.  I am already looking for another opportunity to work together!

Cate provided training to our group. Many members of the group were struggling with grief, separation, isolation and general frustration at lack of systems supports. Cate’s workshop moved the entire group! They were moved from their feelings of “stuck” and propelled into empowerment. Cate taught them how to take charge of their own power again and enjoy the moments that worked and not to stay stuck on the possibility of future of  failures. Her warm personal style and articulate and energizing presentation kept everyone focused and intrigued. We can’t wait to do it again!
